Buying a home can be scary.

  • Show you homes based upon your needs
  • Explain protective contingencies, customary practices, local laws, regulations, and agency relationships
  • Draft the purchase agreement for you
  • Present your offer to the seller and the seller's agent highlighting strengths as a buyer
  • Negotiate a fair agreement if the seller counters your offer
  • Open escrow for you with the title company
  • Manage the excrow period, ensuring that all conditions and contingencies are fulfulled in a timely manner and in accordance with the contract
  • Help arrange and be present for all physical inspections of the property and review the reports with you
  • Review the Seller's Transfer Disclosure Statement, title report, and all other necessary documents with you
  • Coordinate between your insurance agent and the title company to make sure your policy is in effect at the close of escrow
  • Accompany you to the title office when it is time to sign final closing papers to review them for accuracy
  • Be the first to congrateulate yo on your new home and follow up you with to make sure you have settled in comfortably
  • Help you to find qualified design and landscaping professionals to help you to make your home the perfect living space for you
